Nortrop Grumman needs Security Officer in San Clemente

Principal duties include: Uniformed Security Officer, patrol site premises to protect property and personnel. Patrol premises and examine doors, windows, gates and safes to determine secure status, response to alarms and perform patrol inspections. Prepare clear and concise written incident reports; may be required to direct traffic on company premises. Maintain ingress/egress points through ID verification and Entry Point System.

Required Skills:

• Must have valid State of California Guard Registration
• Must have a valid State of California Firearm’s Permit
• Must have a valid State of California Driver’s License
• Must be able to obtain an SSBI security clearance

Other Required Skills:

• Good interpersonal and basic Microsoft Office skills
• the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in plant protection, law enforcement or military police preferred.
